Cancellation Policy

New clients are required to set a deposit to get on schedule officially, which will be taken by phone when we call and do a pre-screening consultation. Current clients for touch ups are required to have a card on file to get on books. All payments final and non refundable under any circumstances. No cancellation policy is now in effect. Meaning 10 days leading up to your appointment you cannot cancel your appointment. If you are to cancel appointment within 10 days to your appointment, you will be charged a fee. No matter the circumstance.

Covid-19 Update: Unfortunately we are in these troubling times so we must prepare for the future until this pandemic is over. If you have Covid-19 and cancel within the 10 days leading up to your appointment, you will be charged the whole amount for your service and your appointment will be moved to the following month. I understand you can’t control if you have Covid-19, but I must protect my business as cancellations become more frequent, spontaneous and last minute due to what has been going on the last 2 years. All clients now will be required to have a card on file and will be automatically charged no matter the circumstance if you cancel within the 10 days leading up to your appointment.
